Jake Berry MP welcomes Ashleigh Primary School pupils to Parliament

Jake had the pleasure of welcoming Ashleigh Primary School pupils to Parliament on Wednesday.  After a guided tour of the Palaces of Westminster, Jake then took the pupils to the viewing gallery where they were able to see MPs debating in the Chamber.  In Westminster Hall, Jake then invited the pupils to take part in a question and answer session about his work in Parliament. 

Jake said, “I am very impressed with the political knowledge of these young people from Ashleigh Primary School in Darwen and take great delight in seeing them here.  Their visit gives me an opportunity to show them how a Member of Parliament works in Westminster.”
