Jake Berry commented: “I believe that a local police presence is of vital importance in our community. Having officers moved to Blackburn is outrageous and will leave Darreners feeling vulnerable without them on hand to deal with local incidents. Closure is unnecessary and I intend to do everything I can to prevent such drastic action from happening.”
